I help my clients improve their business performance and reach their goals through coaching. This can also be applied to personal lives and relationships. No matter if you are an executive in a multinational company, a leader, a member of a team or an individual building your own professional career; my services will support you in achieving very specific and tangible results.
Coaching
As a coach, I am not teaching anything. I am just “holding the space” for my clients during our sessions. I am curious about what they want to achieve, why they want to achieve this, what is holding them back, what aren’t they seeing, what other perspectives might there be besides the obvious ones. Together we define their values, what won’t they compromise on, what are they willing to try, what do they want more and less of in their professional or personal life. And together we work towards their feeling of success and commitment to act upon whatever it may take to reach their desired outcome.
What’s important to know is that as a coach, I don’t work based on a templated model, the conversation flows naturally based on questions that come up related to what the client says and even better in regards to what he/she is not saying. This is an on-going process, for some clients taking weeks, for others months or longer, but a constant commitment helps everybody to grow and perform according to their desired standard.

Facilitation
I work with teams and groups in ways where leading per se is not required. I serve as a facilitator to their communication and exchange. The aim is to work on a common purpose through an experiential learning system. Good facilitators make things easy. They save time, reduce complexity and ask questions. To be able to do that, they should be unbiased, have excellent listening skills, be very sensitive to individual or group and have great attention to details. They gently guide you through the process without much interfering.
